Thank You guys for your support so far and please contact me directly in case you have the wish that we still support English as our main language. But for now, most of the people i know reading this blog speak as their native language German, so that will be the supported language for now.
We don’t know yet if the teased Mercedes-Benz AMG Hypercar will actually be actually electric, but at least the company announced to speed up on the strategic move and will present at least two e-cars – see the picture released – during the upcoming IAA in Frankfurt, mid of SEP 2017.
Ok, ok, a scooter is far fetched from a e-car perspective, i agree, but hear me out: Ninebot by Segway announced two electric Mini-„KickScooters“ for a public presentation end of August 2017 with a distance of max. 25 km and with a second battery for up to 45 kilometres. That is as far as a BMW i8 gets, right? 😉
Actually, to be blunt, there are no real alternatives to the just published #Model3, but you might want not to wait about 2 years for the delivery, so you might choose one of those e-cars in Europe…
Yesterday the German government invited the industry to a so called „Nationales Diesel-Forum“ also called „Diesel-Gipfel“, an High-Level-Industry-to-Politicians discussion two years after the incident where Volkswagen – and herein all their brands like VW, Porsche, Audi, Seat, Skoda… – had to admit that they lied about their so called green Diesel-powered vehicles. As it turned out, Mercedes Benz also lied and BMW seems to have just a little cleaner plate.
